1. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or create an account on JourneyPick.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking and registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in the relevant currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless specified.
• Bookings are considered final upon confirmation and successful payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Each experience or activity may have its own cancellation and refund policy set by the provider.
• Please review the cancellation terms on the experience page before making a booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider's policy and may take several business days.

4. Experience Provider Responsibility

• JourneyPick acts as a marketplace connecting users with local tour operators or hosts ("Providers").
• The Providers are solely responsible for delivering the services listed, including safety, quality, and legal compliance.
• JourneyPick is not liable for any damages, injuries, delays, or losses arising from services provided by third parties.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any local or international law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit harmful code or spam.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on JourneyPick (logos, text, graphics, software, etc.) is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• JourneyPick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JourneyPick, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Your continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
