How do I cancel my reservation and get a refund?

You can cancel your reservation directly by following the steps below until the time specified in the cancellation policy.
1. Go to the reservation history page.
2. Find the reservation you want to cancel and click ‘More’.
3. Select ‘Request for refund’ at the bottom of the order details.

How do I earn Journey Points?
When you complete the use of a product reserved at Journey Peak, 0.3-3% of the payment amount is accumulated as Journey Points. You can apply the points and receive a discount the next time you book a product at Journey. 10 points = HKD1 You can also earn points by leaving product reviews. How do I use Journey Points?
Once you have at least 10 Journey Credits in your account, you can redeem Journey Credits on your reservation checkout page. Check the “Journey Credit” checkbox in the “Discounts” section to apply the credit as a discount to your current reservation price. Journey Credit cannot be used to purchase Journey Passes, e-Gift Cards, travel insurance, or Stay+ packages.
